Rules and Regulation:

Paper is supposed to be in IEEE format comprising of not more than 6 pages.

Paper must contain participants’ name, department, year, e-mail ID, contact number and college name.

Maximum of 2 members per team is allowed.
-
Participants are not allowed to present more than one paper.
-
Inter college teams are allowed to present paper.
-
Full length paper must be sent to the mail ID eeeexplorers2k20@gmail.com and the file name should be in the title of the paper in .pdf format
-
Presentation time will 12 minutes out of which 10 minutes is for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.

The selected participants must bring 2 hard copies of documentation.
NOTE:- “Last date for submission of full paper (softcopy) is 17th Feb and confirmation regarding selection of your Paper will be sent by 18th of Feb.”
